If you are located in the EU or the European Economic Area (“EEA”), your personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. As the “data controller” of the personal data we collect through the Platform, we determine the purposes and methods of its processing. We process your personal data based on one or more legal bases, including:

In some cases, we may transfer your personal data to third parties located outside of the EU/EEA, including to the United States, where we are based. We ensure that these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or transferring data to recipients certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We will retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law, and once no longer needed, it will be deleted or anonymized.

This Children’s Privacy Policy supplements our general Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”)[5] and applies specifically to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information from children in the United States under the age of 16 (“child” or “children”). It is made in accordance with the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”) and its associated rules. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Children’s Privacy Policy have the same meaning as they do in the Privacy Policy. Any terms defined in COPPA have the same meanings when used in this Children’s Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect from Children
We collect personal information from children only after sending a direct notice to parents and obtaining verifiable parental consent. We only collect as much information as is reasonably necessary for a child to participate in activities on the Platform, and we do not condition participation on the disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary.
We may collect certain personal information from children, including name, age, date of birth, IP address, geolocation information, school-affiliated information and a parent’s name and email address (if required for registration). Children can access many parts of the Platform and its features without providing personal information. However, some content and features may be available only to registered users, which may require the collection of certain personal information.
Automatic Information Collection
We may use technology, such as cookies, to automatically collect information from children when they access and navigate through the Platform. This may include persistent identifiers used to recognize users over time and geolocation information to customize content.
Collection Methods
We may collect personal information from children directly from the child, the parent, or from schools or school administrators. We also collect non-personal information automatically through technology to improve the Platform and deliver a better and more personalized experience, such as estimating audience size, storing preferences, and speeding up searches.
Use of Children’s Personal Information
We use the collected personal information of children for providing our services, registering children with the Platform, communicating about activities or features that may be of interest, tracking performance in games or other activities, and customizing content based on individual preferences. We do not use personal information of children for any purposes other than those stated above unless we obtain parental consent.
Public Availability
Children may be able to make their personal information publicly available on our Platform through certain features such as chat, email, or message boards. We do not monitor or review content before it is posted, and we encourage parents to educate their children about safe internet practices and monitor their use of social features.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We disclose personal information collected from children to third parties in limited circumstances, including, without limitation, to schools or administrators for coaching and school records, to third parties supporting internal operations, who are bound by confidentiality obligations, if required by law, court order, or legal process, or if necessary to protect the safety of a child, the security of the Platform, or to take precautions against liability. In the event of a merger, restructuring, or other transfer of company assets, personal information may be transferred to the successor entity.
Third-Party Operators
Currently, no third-party operators use our Platform to collect personal information about children. If any third-party operators collect or maintain information through the Platform, their contact details will be provided.
Parental Rights
Parents have the right to review and request deletion of their child’s personal information, refuse further collection or use of their child’s personal information, or agree to the collection and use of their child’s information but refuse disclosure to third parties (unless necessary for the service).
Parents can exercise these rights by logging into their child’s account through the homepage or contacting us at Motivtickets@gmail.com. We will not require a child to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in an activity on the Platform.
